Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Psi Games website and, when released, the Psi Games app and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Psi Games is
Psi Games is an entertainment and personal-exploration product inspired by experimental psi protocols. It helps you play structured games, record observations, and compare results with chance over time. It does not prove psychic ability and is not scientific, medical, mental-health, financial, legal, safety, or other professional advice.
Do not use game outcomes to make consequential decisions about health, relationships, money, employment, travel, personal safety, or the rights and interests of another person.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms where you live. If you are not old enough to do so yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Account linking is optional unless a particular feature clearly requires it.
Fair and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass service security;
- manipulate official sessions, commitments, targets, results, or participation records;
- use automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the service to harm, harass, impersonate, or violate the rights of another person; or
- use Psi Games for an unlawful purpose.
Official and practice play
Canonical daily play and practice are different. An official choice may lock before a target is generated or revealed, and official records may not be restarted or replaced. Practice results do not change official history or participation streaks. Streaks reward participation, not above-chance performance.
Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features become available, prices, billing periods, trial terms, renewal details, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases are billed and managed by Apple under your Apple account. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings. Except where required by law, refunds are handled under Apple's applicable policies.
Ownership
Psi Games, its software, design, protocols as expressed in the product, text, artwork, branding, and other service content are owned by Psi Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain rights in notes or other content you create. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to you and to operate the feature you chose. We do not receive permission to publish your private notes or private Signal relationships.
Availability and changes
Features, schedules, targets, content, and availability may change. We may suspend or stop parts of the service, including to protect users, service integrity, or security. We may restrict or terminate access for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that results will be meaningful or above chance. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psi Games and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or harm resulting from reliance on game outcomes. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Apple terms
If you download the app from Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license terms. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting Psi Games.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The revised version will show a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@psigames.app.
