Delete your Psi Games account

Delete in the app

1. Open Psi Games and choose Me.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, choose Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm Delete Account and Data.

You must be signed in. If you cannot access the app or your account, email privacy@psigames.appfrom the address associated with the account.

What deletion does

Confirmation permanently removes the account identity and eligible active cloud account data. Psi Games also removes local game history, saved notes, and Sense sketches stored by the app on that device. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Limited non-identifying integrity, security, transaction, or legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleted data retires from backups on the provider recovery cycle.

After the request is accepted, the app displays a deletion receipt identifier. During the launch stage, Psi Games retains a minimized completion receipt with no scheduled expiry. It contains timestamps, app/environment information, and aggregate deletion counts, but no email address, account identifier, game content, sketches, notes, object keys, relationships, targets, or analytics event payloads.
